Libero Clinic with Annika Olsen - Annika is one of the most gifted athletes every to come thru A5/VP she has a tremendous work ethic.  Originally an outside hitter who made the transition to libero.  This class is limited to 6 kids you must have two years of club experience. 


Annika OlsenHigh School... Three-year letterwinner at Johns Creek High School under the direction of Beth Stephens ... led the Gladiators to the 2012 Area Championship ... named the 2014 Co-Player of the Year for the 6A division in Georgia ... voted the most outstanding player twice (2012, 2013)... two-time first team all-state selection (2012, 2013) ... played in the A5 club system and was named a 2012 16-under AAU All-American ... Led by Coach Jing Hou, a former member of the Chinese national team, and A5 founding member Bob Walker... traveled to Beijing, Nanjing and Shanghai for 10 days in November 2013 to train with and compete against elite Chinese volleyball teams. 2017 as a Senior... Appeared in all 33 matches at libero... finished career ranked No. 5 in all-time digs (1,556) in program history… led Iowa and the Big Ten with 555 digs and 4.83 digs per set...Academic first team All American. Annika has received Honorable Mention All Big Ten Team and also the sportsmanship award. 2016 as a Junior... Appeared in all 32 matches as Iowa’s libero... one of five to play in every set… led the team with 445 digs… 2015 as a Sophomore... Started every match (33)and every set (115) as Iowa's libero... led the Big Ten with a 4.75 digs per set average... recorded 20 or more digs in 11 matches...


Caroline Welsh Four-year letter winner and senior team captain for her Westminster School high school team. She earned American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Under-Armour Girls High School Second-Team accolades. Named the Georgia Volleyball Coaches Association AAA State Player of the Year and the 2-AAA Area Player of the Year as a senior. Named to the GVCA AAA All-State Team as a junior and a senior and the AA All-State Team as a freshman and sophomore.Was the only freshman named to the AA All-State Team in 2012Four-time GVCA All-Area Team honoree. Led her Westminster School team to a AA State Runner-Up finish and the Area Championship all four years of high school.Set Westminster School record in season digs and career digs, as well as being named Best Defensive Player on her team all four years. Named to the AVCA Phenom List four-straight years and was named to the AVCA All-American Watch List as a senior.Has earned multiple honors from, including Soph 79 Highest Honorable Mention, Frosh 59, two-time Defensive Dandy List, Special Mention All-American and Top 250 Senior Ace. Captained her A5 club team to multiple championships. Named to the USA Select A1 Team in 2012 and 2013 and to the USA Future Select A1 team in 2011.Member of the National Honor Society.
